What is a life graph?

The life graph — or 'Phrom Chat' — is a life-map that divides your lifetime into 12 meaningful sectors. Each sector has a rising or falling intensity and a theme (Pagoda, King, Goddess, Kali, and so on) that helps you plan decades in advance.

The tradition behind it

Ancient Phrom Chat tradition

Drawn from the classical Phrom Chat manuals, which split human life into 12 sectors of roughly 8 years each — totalling 96 years, plus the bookending edges, which gives us the full 0–99 range.

Direction by gender

Men travel the cycle clockwise; women travel it counter-clockwise. Both start at the 'Pagoda' sector but move in opposite directions, which is why two people born the same day can have very different life rhythms.

The 12 sectors

Each sector has its own meaning — King (power, dignity), Goddess (love, marriage), Mahaphut (great obstacle), Phakhini (family), and more. Our system labels every sector with a plain-language description, so you don't need to interpret the symbols yourself.

What it's good for

Knowing the sectors in advance helps you prepare — lean in during strong years, and preserve energy during heavy ones. It isn't deterministic; it's a compass that tells you which way the wind is blowing.
