Welcome to All Horo ("the Service"), operated by AttoDreams Ltd., Part. ("we", "the Company"). By using this website or any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read and fully accepted these Terms. If you do not accept, please stop using the Service immediately.
1. Nature of the Service
All Horo provides horoscope and divination readings from multiple astrological traditions (Thai, Western, Chinese, Tarot, Numerology). Results are calculated from classical texts and interpreted by artificial intelligence, offered purely for entertainment and self-reflection. They do not constitute medical, legal, financial, or any other professional advice. All decisions based on the Service are your sole responsibility.
2. Changes to the Service
The Company reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, terminate, or shut down any part of the Service — including prices, features, terms, and policies — at any time without prior notice. Continued use after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
3. Payments and Lifetime Plans
All fees are charged in advance and are strictly non-refundable. The term "Lifetime" refers to the operating life of the Service, not the user's lifetime. If the Company decides to discontinue the Service for any reason at any time, Lifetime plan holders shall have no claim to compensation, damages, or refunds of any kind.
4. Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Company makes no warranty as to accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, or outcomes. In no event shall the Company's liability exceed the amount paid by the user to the Company in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, and the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or special damages.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, attempt unauthorized access, reverse-engineer the platform, or redistribute results commercially without written permission. The Company may suspend any account in violation without notice and without refund.
6. Intellectual Property and Copyright
6.1 All content displayed on the Service — including but not limited to: birth-day deity portraits, bonus deity portraits, illustrations, mandala designs, generated wallpapers, tarot card images, articles, predictions, descriptions, blessings, astrology tables and databases, source code, algorithms, database structure, user interface, logos, trademarks, and any presentation thereof — is the exclusive intellectual property of AttoDreams Ltd., Part. ("the Company") and is protected under the Thai Copyright Act B.E. 2537 (1994) and other applicable intellectual property laws. 6.2 No person may engage in any of the following acts with respect to the Service's content without prior written authorization from the Company: (a) reproducing, copying, or downloading for any purpose other than the registered user's personal use on their own device; (b) modifying, editing, adapting, or creating derivative works from the Company's content; (c) removing, obscuring, or altering watermarks, logos, the Company's name, or any source-attribution marks; (d) publicly distributing, displaying, or posting on social media while claiming authorship or omitting clear attribution; (e) using for commercial purposes in any form — including resale, redistribution, rental, sublicensing, sale as printed merchandise, use in advertising, or printing on apparel, souvenirs, or any other for-profit goods; (f) using as training data, fine-tuning data, or input for any artificial-intelligence or machine-learning model, whether directly or indirectly; (g) using scrapers, bots, crawlers, or any automated tool to bulk-extract content from the Service without permission. 6.3 Registered users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to download and use wallpapers generated specifically for them, solely as background images on their personal devices. This license does NOT extend to commercial use, redistribution, gifting or sale to others, or incorporation into any merchandise. 6.4 Copyright infringement under this section is a criminal and civil offense. Violators may be liable under the Thai Copyright Act B.E. 2537 sections 27, 28, 30, 31 and sections 69–70 — general infringement carries a fine of THB 20,000 to 200,000; commercial infringement carries a fine of THB 100,000 to 800,000 and/or imprisonment of 6 months to 4 years. Violators are also civilly liable for actual damages suffered by the Company plus any profits the violator obtained from the infringement. 6.5 The Company actively monitors the redistribution of its images and content online and reserves the right to pursue all legal remedies against infringers — including criminal complaint, civil action for damages, takedown notices to online platforms (DMCA and equivalents), and public disclosure of the violator's identity — without prior notice. 6.6 If you wish to license the Company's content for commercial use or any use beyond personal use, please contact [email protected] to request written permission.
7. Forged Payment Evidence
You may not upload a forged, edited, or third-party transfer slip, nor fabricate any financial evidence to claim Premium / Lifetime access or any other benefit on the platform. We verify every slip — automatically and through admin review afterwards. If a slip is found to be invalid we will suspend the account and revoke Premium immediately, with no refund of anything previously paid. Forging a bank slip or transfer evidence is a criminal offence under the Computer Crime Act B.E. 2550 §14 and Thai Penal Code §§264–269 (document forgery), punishable by imprisonment and/or fine. We reserve the right to pursue legal action without prior notice.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute shall be submitted to Thai courts.
